have a LG-VX11000 env touch w faulty microphone (diagnosed at verizon wireless store). can you repair/replace microphone? are parts available? what is approx cost?

We charge a flat rate for cell phone microphone repair service plus parts if necessary.  There could be many reasons that your microphone is malfunctioning.  The most common cause is moisture / water damage.  If this is the case and your phone has been exposed to any moisture be sure to add the water damage cleaning service to your order from the drop down menu.

Once you purchase the repair service and send your phone to us we will attempt to repair it and let you know if the actual microphone or any other parts need to be replaced.
