I understand the labor portion of entering a repair but would like to know the cost of parts before I commit to repairing. The model is LG enV VX11000..I dropped the phone. The inside LCD is cracked..There has never been any water damage so basically I am just asking about replacing the LCD. The touch screen is also not working but really do not need that as much. However if you wanted to quote the cost to repair both that would be great.

We have tried to streamline the repair process and make it simple for everyone.  We charge a flat labor fee to repair all cell phones plus the cost of parts.  So in your case I would recommend purchasing the cell phone lcd screen repair service and sending your cellphone to us so that we can perform a full diagnostic and determine what is causing the malfunction.  At that point once we have diagnosed the problem with your cellular phone we will email you with the specific part required to be replaced if such part is required!  Many times during the diagnostic part if there are simple problems or minor cleaning required to get the phone functional we will perform this at no additional cost and ship the working phone back to you.
