Motorola Evoke water damage touch screen won't respond
Article Details

Last Updated
5th o October, 2009

I dropped my phone in H20 now the screen will not come on. The phone itself works but the touch screen is blank and will not respond to my touch. What part could I buy to fix it or can I send it to you to be repaired. Motorola Evoke. About how muck $? Thank you????

I don't recommend purchasing any parts, since the electronic parts are not returnable and you can't be sure if the damage is to the part or the phone itself.  I recommend that you purchase the Motorola cell phone water damage repair service and send the phone to us for a complete cleaning and repair.

Once we have performed a complete cleaning and diagnostic we will let you know if any additional parts are required.
