Hi! I have a Samsung SGH-T929 Memoir phone with camera problem. When I try to take a picture, the lens cover is open but the shutter cover is not working. Picture view and result of all pictures are black. I would appreciate if you give me an estimate and expecting time to fix my phone. Thank you.

We recommend that you purchase the Samsung Camera cell phone repair service and send the phone to us for a full diagnostic.  This fee included diagnostic and labor but parts would be additional if any are required.

Once we receive your Samsung SGH-T929 Memoir cell phone, we will perform a full diagnostic and let you know if any parts are required to complete the repair.  If no parts are needed we will simply complete the repair and ship the phone right back to you.
