I had a question about getting pictures off of my old broken cell phone. It is a Samsung SCH-A950 and I believe the reason it messed up is from water damage. When I turn it on the buttons light up and everything but the screen flashes white. I was wondering if it was possible to somehow get my pictures off the phone?

In order to get the information extracted from your phone we have to attempt to revive the phone so that it at least powers up.  You will need to purchase the cellphone water damage cleaning service and choose the back up option that you would like.

We will first perform a full cleaning and attempt to revive the phone and if successful will continue to try and extract the data for you.  Unfortunately we can not give you any kind of guarantee on water damage repair service but if we are not able to extract the data, we will refund you for the data extraction service.
