recently announced that it also expects to sell the Apple iPhone competitor Palm Pre, originally thought to be a long term exclusive for Sprint only.  Verizon said, "Over the next six months or so you will see devices like Palm Pre and a second generation Rim Storm."  Verizon didn't provide more specific details regarding the launch of either device, but this comes on the news that AT&T will also be selling a version of the Pre when Sprint's exclusivity runs out. Sprint Nextel Corp is launching the Palm Pre exclusively on June 6, 2009.
