I have a question. After i fill out the application and pay for the repair of the phone. What do i do. Send the phone? do i need to put something saying my name with the phone? how will you know that its me sending the phone for you to repair?

Once you purchase the repair service online, you will receive two emails.  One of the emails will have detailed instructions on how to send the phone to us.  You must include an copy of your order form with the phone, so that when we receive it in our facility it is processed correctly.
