I have a T-Mobile Samsung Behold (SGH-t919) that I took apart to try to clean the screen and now the touch screen doesn't work at all. I believe I need to now replace the entire digitizer. I want to make sure that the product you sell, Part #: GH59-06109A, will fix this problem. Can you offer me any support or advice?
It sounds like you are on the right track but unfortunately it is impossible to confirm this without taking the phone apart and testing it. Since the Digitizer is not returnable, I recommend that you purchase our repair service and send the phone to us to repair for you. Here is the link: http://www.cellulardr.com/Cell-Phone-Housing-Lens-Repair.htm
Otherwise if you are sure it is the digitizer and are comfortable doing it yourself you can find the Samsung Behold Digitizer here: http://www.cellulardr.com/GH59-06109A.htm

I have a samsung eternity that had a similar problem. The plastic screen cover seemed to not be stuck down well, and something got under it and dried. I lifted it off and cleaned everthing. Before the touch screen would try to work, but whatever was on it was making it act like it was being touched in two or three places at once. Now, that it is clean, it doesnt respond to touch at all. I think it is because of the double sided tape that apparently was also a conductor. Is this the digitizer that you speak of? If so, can I get the plastic screen cover and the double sided tape? The screen lights up and doesnt shake anymore, just unresponsive to touch. Thank you for listening to my rambling. Any help is greatly appreciated, Jason
