Hi, my wife has a blackberry flip that was chewed up by a dog. The phone works fine, but all the outside housing is marked, front, back, and battery cover. It is pink with a black front (she would be happy to switch the front for a pink plate instead of black since it needs to be replaced anyway). So I am wondering do you deal with Canada, and if so what would be an estimate in the price to have the phone fixed. Thanks Aaron S

Yes we do work with customers from Canada.  Here's what you need to do:

Click on this link: http://www.cellulardr.com/Cell-Phone-Housing-Lens-Repair.htm and purchase the cell phone repair service.  Once you do so, you will receive two emails, one of which will give you detailed instructions on how to send the phone to us.  Simply follow the instructions and mail the phone to us and once we have performed a phone diagnostic, we will email you to purchase any parts that must be replaced.

At that point you can simply choose the pink color housing if you would rather have that specific color.
