Need an on-off button repaired
Article Details

Last Updated

I have a Keocera Slider Sonic and the red on off button does not work anymore. The phone is still operable otherwise. I plugged it up to the AC adapter and it powered up but the message displayed "Phone is off". Worse case scenario is that I need to get all of my contacts info off of it. But if I fix it to retrieve my numbers, I might as well use it.

It is most probably repairable, but we can't be sure until we receive the phone and determine what is causing the problem to begin with.  I recommend that you purchase the cellphone keyboard repair service and at the same time choose the option to backup whatever information you would like:

Once you purchase the above repair service and pay for it, you will receive email instructions on how to ship the phone to us.

Hope this helps.  Thank you for your inquiry
