my phone was dropped outside this weekend and would not power on at all. I took it to verizon and they tried a new battery but no battery's would stay on due to the battery latch being broke on the back housing, during this they also discovered my charging port was damaged. Is there anything your company could do to fix my phone. get it to power on, or at least recover my data such as contacts/texts/pictures/etc from it? thanks

Yes but in order to get the information extracted from the phone, the charge port will first need to be repaired.  Here is the link to the service that you will need to purchase: http://www.cellulardr.com/Cell-Phone-Charge-Port-Repair.htm

Keep in mind that this does not include the charge port itself.  Once we receive your phone we will determine if any additional parts are needed and if so we will email you to purchase them.  Also if you would like your data backed up be sure to purchase the appropriate backup service option also.
