I recently bought a audiovox PPC6600 on ebay. it came with an install disk and active sync. It was for a different service provider somewhere up in Canada. I want to know if you could still unlock it and make it so i can use it through Qwest here in Idaho. Thank you for your time Alex Costner

The Audiovox PPC-6600 is a CDMA phone.  Simply call your service provider and give them the ESN number and ask them if they can activate the phone on their system.  If the phone is locked, unfortunately you will probably not be able to get it unlocked anywhere.
