Dropped AT&T Tilt Phone and cracked screen
Article Details

I have a 2 month old AT&T Tilt phone My daughter dropped it and the screen cracked It still powers up and works but nothing can be done on the screen although color can be seen. I went to your site and saw the screen and clicked the buy button. It looked like I have to buy the screen have it shipped to me? and then ship it to you or can I just send you the phone and you fix and I pay what it will cost Did this section where it told me how much the screen would cost just give me an idea of how much the parts would be? Please get back to me on this because I really need a phone I can use. Thanks Andy

Here is the best way to do it:

1.) Purchase the Cellphone LCD Repair service: http://www.cellulardr.com/Cell-Phone-LCD-Display-Screen-Repair.htm

2.) Once you have purchased and paid for this service you will receive two email confirmations, one of which will give you detailed instructions on how to send the phone to us for repair.

Once we receive the phone we will perform a full diagnostic and email you to purchase any parts if required.  You will purchase the part on the website and we'll install it and ship it back to you.

It's that easy.
