Hi, I had sent my phone in for repair and I was wondering when would I be able to receive it.

Our normal turn around time for a cell phone repair is 5 to 7 business days.  Water damaged phones and cellphones with multiple problems might take additional time.

We try to keep you updated as much as possible and do so only by email so please be sure to add our email address to your trusted email list so that it does not get discarded with your junk mail.  If you are not sure or think that you should have received an update by now please feel free to go back on the website that you purchased the repair service on and click on the "Order Status" link. Enter your order number and email address and you will be able to view your updated order status.
