"Functionability: powers on, makes calls(ONLY ON SPEAKER PHONE!!!!), and sends texts. the only thing the phone doesnt do is be able to make calls when not on speaker phone. can be fixed for bout $30-$40" HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO REPAIR THIS PHONE? THANKS!!

It sounds like you have a defective earpiece speaker on this phone.  You will need to purchase the following repair service:
