I dropped my blackberry and I need your help.
It rings when someone calls or texts me, but the screen is completely black and the keyboard doesn't work. so theres no way to answer the call when someone's calling. please email me with a price range for the repair and how long it might take. Thank You

It's very hard to guess what is causing the multiple malfunctions with your phone.  If I were to guess, it would be that the phone was possibly exposed to some kind of liquid or moisture that is causing it to short out and therefore giving you the screen and keyboard problem.  I would recommend that you fill out and purchase our cell phone LCD Screen repair service and send the phone in for a full diagnosis.
