My wife's shadow screen has a split display after it was dropped. There are no cracks anywhere. you just can't see anything but 2 halves of different colors on the screen with the split running up and down. the lcd has no marks at all. could it be something other than the lcd? I hate to order a lcd and have it be something else. It is less than 3 weeks old and is no good.
