Nokia 6133 Cracked Outer Lens and LCD

I have a Nokia 6133 with the outer lens cracked and the outer small LCD lights up, but doesn't work. Do you have both of these replacement parts? I did not see the smaller LCD. If you do have them, how much will it cost to purchase these two parts?

The outside Lens is part of the Faceplate.  There are a variety of faceplates available for the Nokia 6133.  You can find all the parts by clicking on the link below:

It does not come by itself.  It is both the Main & Caller ID LCD.

    the outer lens is ok but the inside lens, remains blank (black)since there is a hairline crack on it. How can I retreive my contacts to put it on another cell phone?
