motorola v620 fell and now it won't turn on at all...

Hi, my phone fell off the couch onto carpeted floor and stopped working. it was an extremely "soft" fall and the screen is not broken and there are no marks or scratches on it, so it made no sense that it stopped working because of this. but after it fell on the carpeted floor it went off and never came on again. is this fixable? if you think so, should i send the charger and battery with it? thanks

It's hard to say what may have happened without having the phone to perform a full diagnostic.  I recommend that you purchase the No Power Cellphone Repair service and send the cell phone to us for a full diagnostic and repair.  Here is the link for this service below:

Please keep in mind that this service does not include parts if any are needed.

still need to know if battry & charger should be sent with phone for repair. Once you purchase the repair service you will receive an email update which will give you detailed instructions on how to send your cellphone in for repair. We usually ask that the customer only send the cell phone and no accessories or sim cards.
