I cracked my LCD screen today and was looking at your site to repair it. However, there are visible cracks on the screen, so my guess is that it will have to be replaced. I looked and you do not have any screens listed for the VX8550. Does that mean you wouldn't have the parts to replace it if I sent it in? If you do have them, what would be the cost for a new screen?

This is a very new phone and usually it takes a few months for the manufacturer to release repair parts for them.  Luckily we have just received an update from LG that our first shipment of the LG VX8550 Chocolate cellphone parts will arrive sometime next week.  Once we receive these parts and confirm they are for the correct cell phone we will place them online for purchase.  Here is the link where all the LG VX8550 Chocolate parts will be listed:

    my chocolatre has a problem. Out of the 4red touch screens, 2of the bottom would not work. It appears that the rubber for the touch screen had follen off which has caused it not to be sensitive to be react when it is touched. Can you fix that?? I believe the only thing needed is the two rubbers for the left bottom and the right bottom

    The model is VX8550 chocolate... I have sent a letter to the earlier note... without the model name
