Hi You sent an email saying that I needed to order a part (# 0189222Y01) OK. Went to your website as told, ordered the part and went to checkout. Entered the cust # and proceeded ...then it asks for shipping costs...!!! don't you guys stock the parts you need for repair....Please let me know if I did something wrong during checkout....THANKS Bill C.

Hi Bill,
In the email we give you step by step instructions and part of the instructions say that if we are repairing your phone and ask you to purchase a part that is required to repair the phone, when checking out to choose will pickup and refer to the original repair order number.
By choosing Will Pickup you will not be charged any shipping charges.

Hope this clarifies this for you.
