I bought a blackberry curve for my grandson on ebay, the email works but cannot send or receive calls properly. Is this something you can repair. Do I have to send the SIM card with the phone?

    why? do some of the cellphone do we use now is failure to get some signal when it not does not meant to be! what is the reason? what is the problem? what is the main fault of this? the cellphone that we use or the signal?....
