Hi, My daughter has a Nokia 5300 which has two problems: the main screen no longer lights up although the buttons still do, and when she make as call, she can't hear the ringing and can't hear the other people, although the person on the other end can hear her. I'm not sure how this fits into your repair categories. Could you help me out? Also, what's your turn-around time?

    As I think about it more, I think it would make sense to purchase the microphone repair at the same time given that no one can hear her when she speaks. Would that be a good idea? Yes I agree
