I have an LG Prada KE850 that I would like to have fixed. The display is cracked and the housing is scatched up. I have a factory housing case and a factory lcd screen. Can those parts be used if needed? Can I send them via mail to you? Thank You

Yes we would be happy to do this for you.  We do not usually like to use customer provided parts since they are not always to factory specs and are even defective at time.

But if you wish to use your own parts we would be happy to do this for you.  In these cases that the customer provides their own part, we charge double the regular repair fee.
