8100 Pearl/Tmob dropped
Article Details

Last Updated
8th o November, 2007

I dropped my 8100 and now does not turn on. When the battery is inserted the red signal light is activated for a few seconds then turns off. Instead of the boot-up screen displaying, the screen remains dark. Which repair request do I choose to repair the phone so the contacts on the phone can be retrieved?

Be sure to choose the Phone Backup Option of your choice if you want your phonebook contacts extracted.  If the phone is damaged beyond repair this charge will be refunded to you.
