I have received an e-mail from UPS that delivery of my order has been put on hold as per your request until payment has been received while I have emails from Paypal and also on your tracking system that you already have my payment. Can you please look into it. Thanks Again, Mason

Usually this pertains to International shipments.  Looking into your order, I do show that this is an international shipment.  What this usually means is that UPS needs to collect the import taxes as per your countries rules and regulations.  Please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS or 1-800-742-5877 and they will take care of it for you.
