I need to find out what's broken on my cell phone. I'm not sure if the internal keyboard is broken, or if it is the mother board itself. My phone will power up, by pressing the on/off button on the keypad, but the only number that works is the number "2". If it is the motherboard, can I purchase the motherboard?

It's hard to say what maybe causing this issue with your phone without performing some tests.  I recommend that you purchase the Diagnostic and Repair Service and send your phone in to be repaired.  Once one of our factory trained technicians have confirmed the problem we will let you know if there are any parts that you may need to purchase, otherwise your phone will be repaired and shipped back to you.
