I just bought a phone on ebay that was supposed to be unlocked, but when I put my sim card in it reads emergency calls only? What does this mean? What should I do?

This typically means that your cellphone is locked to another service provider and is not accepting the sim card you have entered.  Please go to our website and type in the search box the model of your phone and the word unlock.  If we can unlock your specific model phone it will show up in the list.

You can also click here and locate the model of your phone to match up: http://www.cellulardr.com/unlocking.php
