Blackberry 7105T T-mobile fully charged battery- suddenly, does not turn on when top switch depressed. turns on when charger inserted or full battery reinserted. when on .....screen in full color etc says:in box "play new user tutorial and test all functions". BUT-scroll wheel does nothing....cannot change screen. Sim card in place. ALSO... very slow to turn off. Phone store says it is software. Can you repair to get back to normal? Thanks Gene

This is not a known issue but should be repairable.  It is very hard to say what the problem is without the phone in hand to perform a full diagnostic.  Simply purchase the keypad repair service and send in your phone for a phone diagnostic and repair.  Here is the link: http://www.cellulardr.com/Cellphone-Keypad-Repair-Service.htm

Hey my blackberry fell in water and it wont come on. Do you have any fix for that??? Yes we have a water / liquid damage cleaning service that we offer. Simply go to www.cellulardr.com and click on the "REPAIR" tab and scroll down until you see the cell phone repair water damage cleaning service. Once you find it fill out the necessary information and click on the "BUY" button. Once you complete the purchase, you will receive two emails. One is your order confirmation and the other email will include detail instructions on how to send us your cell phone.
