My Motorola v3c razor phone went through the washing machine. The display works, incoming calls are recorded but can not be answered. It seems the key pad is broken, but the other features work. How much will this cost to fix?

We will need to perform a complete cell phone water damage cleaning
and put the phone back together to assess the damage and what parts if any are damaged beyond repair and need to be replaced.
