Repair of Motorola RAZR3 minor water damage
Article Details

Last Updated

I have minor water damage which affects keyboard.  The white dot inside is still white so does not indicate water damage. Can you repair as necessary to make phone once again reliable.  It is working right now after the battery was replaced.  I did blow dry the phone before putting back in use and allowed to dry for about a week. There probably is some corrosion. If you can make the repairs, please let me know the procedures for forwarding it to you. Thanks

It sound like you did all the right things following the water damage but there is probably still residue left in the phone and possibly corrosion which may give you problems in the future.  I recommend purchasing the Cell Phone Water Damage Repair Service and Cleaning and sending your cell phone for repair:
http://www.cellulardr.com/Cellphone-Water-Damage-Repair-Service.htm

Once you have purchased the cell phone repair service, you will receive a confirmation email that will have a link for instructions on how to send your phone to us.

Thank you for your inquiry and we look forward to assisting you with this repair service.
