Volume problems with Motorola V600

Hi, I have a Motorola V600 with low volume as well as volume that changes from low to no volume in the course of a few seconds, then returns to low volume. This is my 4th v600, and the others didn't have this volume problem. Can you fix it? Do I need to send you one of the dead v600's for parts? Can I send you the phone without the SIM card, since I need to put it in a backup phone while you're repairing mine? How long should the repairs take? Tx, Sidonie

This is a common problem with the v551 and v600 series cell phones and yes it is repairable.  You do not need to send the sim card with the cell phone.  Here is the link for this cell phone repair service:
