MY RAZR 3M WAS DROPPED AND THE LENS IS CRACKED, HOWEVER I CAN STILL RECEIVE CALLS BUT CAN'T PLACE CALLS. OTHER THAN LENS WHAT WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED?

If you are not able to place calls then the problem is deeper than a cracked lens.  I recommend that you purchase the cell phone repair service and send the phone in for a full diagnostic and repair service.  This service is only $25 and it will save you a lot of hassle in trying to guess what parts to order and so on.
