If this phone can not be fixed am I still responsible for the charges? And if so how much can I plan on spending on top of the 35 dollars? I have a Samsung Blackjack. Thanks.

You only pay the $35 water damage cell phone cleaning service.  Once we have completed the cleaning service, we will perform a full diagnostic on the phone and determine if everything is working.
If at that point there is a component that was damage by the liquid/water damage, we will email you to purchase the specific part.  At that point you can decide if it is worth it for you to proceed with the part replacement.
