What is the charge to fix the LCD display on my phone? If I order the part can I do it myself or do I need to send the phone for it to be fixed?

Unless you are very handy and have experience working on the Samsung Blackjack I607 cell phone, we do not recommend that you perform such a repair yourself.
We charge only $25 to perform cell phone LCD display screen repairs plus parts, so I think that it would be $25 well spent.
