    Motorola Q phone. Certain letters on the keypad (p,g,v,b) do not work or produce random results. Should keypad replacment fix? Is this something I can do myself? Replacing the keypad might help but it's hard to say. A few different things can be causing this malfunction. Usually there is some kind of water damage or it is simply worn out.
