Hello,  I called a week and a half ago about my Nokia N80, purchased in the UK, that died during the Nokia Software Update.  When we spoke, you said you had another client with the same problem but Nokia was being unhelpful with you, as well. I have attempted to contact NokiaUSA, who won't help me, and Nokia UK - whose line never goes through. Have you found a fix to revive a dead N80 due to the bad Software Update? Please let me know. We have repaired many of the Nokia N80 with the software upgrade problem that killed them.  To my knowledge with a few exceptions we have been able to recover most of them.  You will need to purchase the Cell Phone Repair Service and send the phone to us for diagnostic and repair.  If we have to reflash the phone in addition to repair then you will be charged an additional $25.  Here is the link for this repair:
