Hello - I just came across your site.  My Samsung Blackjack went thru full cycyle wash machine.  Won't power on - tried charging in order to dry it out.  Phone gets very hot, must be shorting out.  Can you still fix this?  If I ship it, do you need the SIM card as well?  If you guys fix this phone I will be absolutely amazed.

We have repaired phones that have been through the washing machine before.  Every situation is different though.  We do not need the Sim card to repair the phone so hang on to it.  Here is the link for the Water Damage Repair Service:

    The exact same thing happened to me! I can turn th phone on , however it doesn't provide me with any phone service. Good Luck on fixing your phone.
