How easy or difficult is it to replace these Side Rails
Product ID: BB8100SideRails http://www.cellulardr.com/proddetail.php?prod=BB8100SideRails

It is very hard to say if it is easy or difficult.  Our technicians are highly trained so most repairs are naturally easier for them than most people.  I have been told that there are quite a few steps to taking this phone apart and is not just as easy as popping the side rails off and putting the new ones on.  I recommend that you invest the extra $25 and have our technicians do this for you.  Here is the link for the Repair Service:

Here is an update from one of our customers. We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your phone using these instructions: Just pop off the cover at the bottom. That would have the carrier name on it. It wraps around the back. You need to remove 2 screws that are under and after that remove the other 2 screws from the top. They are visable after you remove the battery cover. Slide the panel out. putt the new one on and install screws and bottom cover.
