Under the part of your website where it says that you guys can fix an LCD screen, it says that "Parts are not included with this service."  What exactly does that mean???  Will I have to buy the parts to go with the phone or what???

This simply means that the $25 charge does not include any parts, if additional parts are required to complete the repair.  Once we have determined the cause of the malfunction with your phone and if it requires any parts to be replaced, we will contact you and ask you to purchase the part necessary on our website so that we can continue with the repair.
