I have a motorola v190 cell phone. It is an "unlocked" quad band GSM (850/900/1800/1900) phone that works is the united states as well as outside the US. Currently it will turn on but immediately turns itself back off again. This happens whether it is plugged in to the wall or not. I bought a new battery for it, charged it fully and had the same problem. Can you service a quad band GSM phone? Can you service the motorola v190? Thanks, Carter
