Razor v3 Cracked Screen and damp phone

Hi I cracked my outer screen on the phone, now somes the display works and sometimes it doesn't, the same with the inner display, also i am sure it getting damp from a thunderstorm did not help, which part do I need to buy to fix it. Thank you Rose
