My Cell Phone doesn't currently turn on...or it does but it reads as if it is a dead battery or dying battery.. So it doesnt stay on for verylong.. I need all my numbers out of it and verizon said there is no way that they can get the numbers out with out it turning on...so i hope there is a way to retrieve all of my numbers ...please get back to me ..and let me know how long it may take to get my phone back after shipping.
