My phones display was going on and off when you would first try to use it. Then someone tried to fix it and inadvertently made it worse. It then would power up but lcd screen would not come up. Again someone else tried to fix it and ended up breaking one of the gold contacts that touch the battery. Now my phone does not even power up.  I now have no phone and am unable to get to my contact info.  Can you help me with this problem?
