Blackjack Faceplate Repair Part

I recently purchased a repair part for my Samsung Blackjack.  I actually got a replacement faceplate because mine was scratched from repeatedly dropping it.  However when I recieved the faceplate I didnt know how to put it on because there are two screws on the Blackjack that arent possible to get out so I wasn't able to even use the replacement part.  So what should I do, can I send it in to your company to repair, or am I just out of luck, and if I can send it in how much will it cost?

Don't worry we can help.  We only charge $25 for labor to change any part on your phone.  This doesn't mean $25 for each part, it means any and all parts you need changed.  Here is the link for this service:

I would recommend one thing though.  If you did purchase only the faceplate, I definitely recommend also purchasing the lens since it is next to impossible and very unlikely that the old lens will come off the old faceplate without breaking.  Here is the link for the Samsung Blackjack Lens:
