I have a cingular 8525 and my screen dosent respond to tap, I change the LCD and DIGITIZER and not respond for tap, can you resolve that problem.

There is a few things we can do to see what is going on, but before purchasing the repair service and sending the phone to us make sure the new LCD is a good working unit. Also make sure that it is connected properly and the flex cable connecting to the LCD is not damaged.
