Phone cycles on/off when opened. Switch on body appears to be "stuck"- doesn't fully release to "on" when opened.  Is this fixable? That is, is the switch a replaceable part?  Maybe it just needs to be cleaned.  Also, when ordering a new phone, should I select "unlocked" or should I enter my carrier?
