My Blue Krazer, K-1 phone has a crack on the very front of the phone.  It is the blue glass piece that covers the camera and time/caller-id box.  I am not certain what this piece is called and I do not want to order the wrong part.  I also want to be sure that the part will come with instructions on how to properly replace the part so I do not break the phone.

As for instruction, we do not provide Cell Phone Repair instructions for any phones.  Our qualified technicians are updated on Cell Phone Repairs at least two times per year by attending training courses offered by the cell phone manufacturers.  Even if we had detailed instructions, by contract we are not allowed to release any confidential documents from the manufacturers.
