Cracked Krazer Face

My Blue Krazer, K-1 phone has a crack on the very front of the phone.  It is the blue glass piece that covers the camera and time/caller-id box.  I am not certain what this piece is called and I do not want to order the wrong part.  I also want to be sure that the part will come with instructions on how to properly replace the part so I do not break the phone.
