I have purchased the diagnostic & repair service already, so what do I do next??????  Do I send my cell phone and my battery to you at the address you have on the web or do I have to wait for you to contact me...... thanks

You should have received an Invoice by email immediately after you purchased the diagnostic and repair service.  In that email there is a link that you can click on that will take you to a page giving you detailed instructions on how to proceed with your repair service.

    i have already placed the order and about to ship the phone to you but my question is i think i put in the wrong return shipping method in when placing the order. can i pay for the return shipping seperatly if or when the phone repair is completed?
