On my sidekick 2 people can hear me but I cannot hear them at all.  The speaker also does not work I dont know what happened to cause this problem since I bought it used.  I wanted to know what you think the problem is and how much it would cost to fix it?  Also the problem has nothing to do with turning the volume up.

I'm glad to see that you have atleast tried the obvious by turning the volume all the way up.  We have seen this problem in the past.  It may be that the speaker is blown or some kind of damage to the headset.  No way to know without having the phone in hand to have a qualified technician diagnose the exact problem.
